Registration is open for our third annual Gateway Club Picnic. We will be at the Pavilion at Ashland State Park (156 W Union St, Ashland, MA 01721) again this year.  The picnic will be from 11 AM to 5 PM on Saturday June 1st. Rain or shine. We will provide sandwiches, salads, chips and drinks (water, lemonade, iced tea) included in the very reasonable fee of $10 per person. If you wish, feel free to bring other non-alcoholic beverages for your own consumption. We are suggesting that members bring a dessert of your choice to share with others.   Guests are welcome and you must register yourself and your guest on the club website home page. Registration will close at 11:59 PM on Sunday, 5/26. The fee of $10 per person will be due prior to the picnic. Please mail your check to Fred Floru, 200 Parker St. Newton, MA 02459 no later than  Monday, May 27th to arrive before the picnic. Make the check out to Gateway Camera Club and indicate "Club Picnic" in the check memo field. PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the park is $8 but is waived for vehicles with a Handicapped license plate or placard, a Purple Heart Recipient license plate, or a Disabled veteran license plate. Parking is also free if you have a state senior parking pass (valid at most state parks). If you do not have a Mass state Sr. Parking Pass they are available to Mass residents age 62+ by mail or online for $10 and are valid for a lifetime.
